Emergency Website Service

Emergency website servicesClearPoint Web Solutions offers emergency website services for those times when you need to have work done ASAP.

Some of these  emergency services may include:

  • Your website contact form doesn’t work.
  • You made some changes to your website that messed it up and you can’t fix it.
  • Your web designer has abandoned you and you really need changes done ASAP.
  • Your current web designer is no longer able or willing to support your website and you need help moving your website to a new hosting company.
  • Your website has disappeared from the web, but you have all of the files and need your website restored as soon as possible.
  • Your website designer has made a recent update and broken your site, and now the designer is unavailable to fix it.
  • Your WordPress website was hacked and you need to have your website restored from a backup.

Emergency service rates are $150 per hour, billed in 1/2 hour increments. Prepayment for one hour is required. When you contact me I will let you know right away if I can accommodate the work and in the time frame you need it done. You will not be charged if I determine in the first 15 minutes that I cannot fix your problem.
